I havent gotten anywhere yet. so frustrating. My long daily commute to London sees me so idle its ridiculous, then i am sat at a desk all day. I must drink more water, i need to flush out toxins! I must aim to drink much more.
I need to start doing the wii fit every night for half an hour too. Once a routine is set ill be ok!
Must stay positive and focused!

when I first started out I aimed for 15 minutes on the wii fit, I often found it ended up being more like 30 - 45 because I was having fun. I hope you don't mind but I did take a look at your food diary and I noticed that the calorie totals are super low, you should be aiming to get at least 1200 calories a day if not more, I eat between 1600 - 2140 is a day and I am able to loose (unless its that TOM or I ate too much sodium), I also noticed you are eating a lot of carbs and cereal type bars try cutting back on those and eat more whole foods veggies, fruits, nuts etc. good luck!
