Hello. There is no secret at all. I'm just trying to eat same meals every day (concentrate on protein and long carbohydrates), and only 1100 calories per day + 2 liters of water. It's so boring, but for me - the only way to lose weight only ('cause my job don't require lots of energy, but really consumes time) .
And in average I'm not losing so much weight.
I've started this year with 80.7 kilos of weight and now lost 10 kilos, so it's not so impressive. But I managed to lose only fat, not muscle (not Stallone, but I'm satisfied).
