Good Morning Dear Diary, Well today I started a Low Carb (Atkins)
approach to taking off this excess weight. This Morning I weighed
in at 202.4 lbs.
I'll do my measurements October 1st.
Well, the storms are starting to move in!!! The remints of a
typhoon off of the eastern coast of Japan is headed our way.
I'm going shopping for more low carb foods later this Morning.
