1424 kcal Fat: 37.72g | Prot: 58.18g | Carb: 194.77g.   Breakfast: Chewy Granola Cherry Chocolate, Water , Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A) , Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , Stevia Extract in the Raw, Almond butter. Lunch: Milk Chocolate Kisses, Oranges, Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram) (Mature Seeds, Canned) , Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Hard-Boiled Egg , Water , Low Fat Sesame Ginger Dressing, joseph's flax, oat bran & whole wheat flour pita bread. Dinner: Black Beans Canned, Spread made with Yogurt, Sweet Potato (Without Salt, Baked In Skin, Cooked) , Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh), Red Kidney Beans (Canned) , Ground Beef (90% Lean / 10% Fat) , Diced Tomatoes, Low Fat Sesame Ginger Dressing, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, TLC Crackers - Original 7 Grain, Pinot Gris (Grigio) Wine . Snacks/Other: Nutri-Grain Whole Wheat Pancakes. more...
