this drop is not normal, went for a big run last night
243.6 lb Lost so far: 41.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 16.8 lb a week

Maybe your body was retaining a bunch of water for some reason. A big loss overnight usually means a lot of water. Continue on plan and see what happens. If your getting the proper amount of calories, I wouldn't worry too much.
