CODE RED again! Just finished a 14 day Covid-19 Quarantine (no symptoms and a negative test). Must have dropped off on daily exercise and increased the food intake (Thanksgiving and a birthday celebration). I was down to about 213 in Oct, so this extra 13 lbs is a real setback. Need to track, track, track and keep to the healthy food choices.
Let's get to work.
