Gain today due to eatin whipped cream last night. Also ate breakfast, snack, lunch, dinner, snack. Usually don't snack at all. When I eat in the morning, it seems like the day goes south. I have my official weigh in and expect a good gain for the week and two days since Thanksgiving eve weigh in. Gonna have my yummy black coffee in a bit.
