Well I lost 1.2 lbs this week. I consider that alot since I have been following weight watchers for about 8 years now. I initially lost 85 lbs in 16 months and have been trying to maintain ever since. I have a really hard time staying on program consistantly cause when you get to goal you dont see losses on the scale anymore so you start to feel like you may as well eat so you have something to work towards again later. I have to get away from that cycle and I hope this forum will help me stay motivated. So far so good!
163.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
