Ugh. So, I gained 2 ounces this week. Can't I just call that "maintaining?" ;p
Just means I have to do better this week.

Starting....NOW!
176.6 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
