Wooooooooooo Hoooooooooooo! I made the 10 pounds lost mark!!!!!
176.4 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 21.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1101 kcal Fat: 29.57g | Prot: 55.30g | Carb: 95.53g.   Breakfast: 8 tsp coffeemate splenda fiber, brummel and brown, english muffin, morning star farms sausage. Lunch: 100 calorie oreo cakesters, Healthy Choice Roasted Chicken Chardonnay. Dinner: 2% cheddar cheese, homemade chili, saltine crackers fat free. more...
