I actually got down to 112 but yesterday and today I've been so stressed I went back to my pizza and beer to make me feel better. I know tonight will be the same thing. I promised myself just one slice last night. I wasn't even hungry either! I just stuffed myself. After my jog/walk I felt great but then work came up again and my will power went out the window. :( Oh ell start over next week
114.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
