Not a real gain this morning, second weigh in after the first one didn't work. I reconfigured my home network yesterday, lost the signal to the smart scale and by the time I figured that out an hour later, I'd already had a cup of coffee. But it does tell you when it needs new batteries, which it also did. They did last a year. 🤪🤪🤪

Did a lot of stuff yesterday, including trimming some palm trees, more to do today. Thought I was going to get to fixing the deck, but decided to clear out some stuff out of many different places. I'm not a hoarder, but it feels like there is too much stuff around the house, so I started putting some things out on the curb yesterday since it's gotten hard to donate with things being shut down again. Kitchen drawer purge and some furniture that is not going to the condo.

I did get most of the Christmas lights up on the house, had to order a replacement strand of fairy lights, those will be here tomorrow. Since there's no party happening this year, got an epic inflatable. Need to put together some way to light up Zero's nose.

Hey, what kind of scale to you use or do you have your stats measured some other way? I was interested as I’m 173-175 so not much heavier but my muscle mass is calculated at 124lb and by body fat at 30.1% 🙁 I use a Renpho scale fully knowing it’s impossible for a scale to measure any if this accurately, I use it for reference. I need Fat ⬇️ Muscle ⬆️ 😁

Mine is a Withing and I’ve never held it for accuracy, just baseline and monitoring changes. I can change up my numbers completely by eating, drinking, sweating, etc. that said, since i try and weigh consistently at the same time, i know I’ve gained muscle from last year. Losing the fat, not so much.

I LOVE that inflatable!! A+ hands down best done-up house in your neighborhood, you can brag to your neighbors you win Christmas this year, hahaha.

I don't know that I've won, there are some massively creative people in this neighborhood and they are going all out already from what I've seen just the past few nights walking around. I just love seeing the lights. I suspect we're cancelling our trip to the Hotel Del Coronado this year to see their tree and the lights, so it's up to me to help brighten my little piece of the world instead.
