Action Jaxson's Journal, 03 January 2011

I've had some kind of nausea in my stomach for the past 2 days and the only time it feels better is when I eat something, so I've been eating lots and just laying down... today's a little bit better so far, but I've only had my coffee and water thus far. I'm hoping for the best so I can get back on my work-out regime and lose these 5 lbs.
124.2 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
