I found my scale AND I LOST TWO POUNDS..........YEAH.I have been reading on here that many people do a sort of emotional audit ...Ill do it too.. if I have a slip back Ill record right away How I was feeling at the time ...right now I feel normal well happy about my two lbs loss usually Im pretty stubborn once I make up my mind about something ...but i did have one dark chocolate kiss late last night I think I was tired..RULE # 1: Dont eat when your Tired.
