I was doing so good and then my hip started hurting again. I am so frustrated. Seems like any time I try to do anything that helps my health something starts hurting! I took two days off to see if that would help and it didn't. Now I am walking anyway. It doesn't seem to hurt as much as long as I am going forward. It's the short distances that I really feel it. Trying a new OTC pain medication today.

Thank you so much. What kinds of stretches do you do for your hip? I am also working on my hamstrings. They are extremely tight and I was told they might be part of the problem.
