I'm super excited about my progress thus far.
Never imagined it would start this well.
Working hard and staying with in my caloric budget and adding daily exercise to increase the deficit.
176.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
