So no weight change since my Monday weigh in for two weeks of low carb eating, but two pounds since my official weigh in last Sat. Confused? Beginning to be so will only do Saturdays from now on. Total is 9lbs in 3 weeks, the past two at 2lbs per week, which is safe and sensible. If it holds, I could conceivably lose another 28 lbs by Christmas!! That would be great. Am well settled into the low carb way now and don't want to change it. Am raising level a bit today as advised, but honestly won't be hitting the sweetie cupboard as I thought I might when I started. After the Maltesers, I know I won't want to. I even tidied it up today without once pining for a single thing. The Haribos from Costco in their big tub even made me shudder!! Will be giving those to my son in law and grandsons. Still loving not having blood sugar crashes and feeling like climbing the walls with hunger as I always did before, diet or no diet. Brilliant. :0)
237.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 83.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
