Yes!! looking better.
158.5 lb Lost so far: 23.6 lb.    Still to go: 15.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1793 kcal Fat: 138.96g | Prot: 94.20g | Carb: 55.74g.   Breakfast: Sour Cream, Butter, Nescafe Vanilla Latte, Cheddar Cheese, Woolworths Beech Smoked Ham, Tomatoes, Scrambled Egg. Lunch: Mayonnaise, Black Olives, Cucumber (with Peel), Edam Cheese, Salami, Cherry Tomatoes, Mixed Salad Greens. Dinner: Mrs. H. S.
