holy crap! 4 days of trying to eat right, and only exercising once, and i've already lost weight! 5 lbs!
okay, so new years resolution, i'm starting that 20lbs weight loss challenge, i'm going to surrount myself with healthy food. (maybe i'll cheat once a week or once every 2 weeks) and i'm going to try to get to the gym more than once a week. but hey, it's vermont! i think a hike and a ski might do me some good too!
