day 1.

started with a protien shake for breakfast,
had some tuna with wheat crackers for lunch, added onion and lemon for flavor. little olive oil. no mayo, and no mustard.
dinner later, i'm planning to have steamed veggies, shrimp and a cup of pasta.

for exercise today: weather's bad so i'm staying in. mostly running up and down the stairs. does cleaning the house count as exercise?

let's see how long i can keep this up for.
