C25k works! Plus adding more fruits and veggies. And keeping the meat lean. The weight is coming off faster than it did with Atkins - or just as fast anyway. But no cravings or "cheating". Plus my intestines are better. Very happy! And people are noticing. Last night the first thing Pam asked was if I had lost weight. :)
