Same weight 🙄🙄🙄. Not really helping myself, just can't find the wagon never mind get back on it. Very angry with myself for being so pathetic. I am strong I should be able to do this. One bloomin stone that's all and I will be happy. Grrrrr of to do some yoga and chill and if this rain eases off I'll go for run after. 🤞
164.5 lb Lost so far: 27.5 lb.    Still to go: 10.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
steady weight

Don't put yourself down too much! If you're blaming yourself too much you'll end up in a loop of being mean to yourself-> being too sad to workout or eat well->being mean to yourself and so on. You're not being chased to the finish goal, just focus on slowly getting yourself on track by doing things you enjoy. You deserve goodness so be good to yourself :)

Hi, Buny1's firstly thank you. Secondly done bet yourself, up you can and will get there. The way I lost weight a few years ago. Was first the Cambridge diet then Weight Watchers. It's now I'm many years older and over 60 losing just 3lbsis harder in my opinion. My metabolism has stopped nevermind slow. But I know I will get there so will you. Best wishes. Merrymel

Hi, You have a program in "your mind" embedded in your subconscious mind, which is outdated and don't serve you anymore. This program needs to be 1. identified. 2.Changed first, otherwise you are going to "stay in the battle zone" forever. It is called a "confused circle" because logically you want A( lose weight) and in your subconscious mind its B. These two don't align; that's why this vicious circle of battle. I am a highly trained therapist, helped hundreds of a woman to tackle weight issue, interested? Visit my website here: https://maggieedwards.com.
