This is day one of #FARP (fat ass reduction plan) a term that was coined by a friend of mine.

I have diabetes, and know that I really need to take care of myself. Because my body is clearly not pleased with me. I know once I start doing better about what I am putting in my face, and how much I am moving I am going to start getting better.

My goal is to have a 6.0 A1C by the end of 2011.
223.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 73.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
