Crap time to get out and move but its to frying hot :(
360.0 lb Lost so far: 92.0 lb.    Still to go: 130.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

"You said a mouthful," as my mom says! It's cooling off here, finally, but it's been stinkin' hot, and humid too. I was supposed to start exercising last week -- ha! Didn't happen. ;)
