Took a big spill off of my bike this week and got banged up pretty good. Still able to do some walking and water jogging. Not sure if that is what caused the 1.5 lb weight gain or the added carbs this week. Probably a combination. Ready to get back on the bike and watch more carefully what I am eating. Need to add mor veggies.
228.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 29.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
