im sure after last nite im holding on to 2 to 3 extra pounds tired of my food i made omg cookies which are very fattening need a new granola recipe set up livestrong for half pound weight loss a week slow and steady i want to get upstairs after i work out
125.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
