1183 kcal Fat: 66.65g | Prot: 84.04g | Carb: 68.53g.   Breakfast: Fried Egg without Fat, Bacon, Nescafe Vanilla Latte. Lunch: Pears (Solids and Liquids, Juice Pack, Canned), Edam Cheese, Smoked or Cured Ham, Strawberries, Plain Yogurt (Whole Milk), Cucumber (with Peel), Giant Eagle Cherry Tomatoes. Dinner: Woolworths Lean Beef Mince, Cauliflower, Wellington's Sweet Chilli Sauce, Tomato and Onion, Green Peas, Baby Zucchini, Carrots, Olive Oil. Snacks/Other: Pistachio Nuts, Honey, Herbal Tea. more...
