trying to eat less and make smarter decisions when it comes to food. carrots and hummus for lunch today.
2.45 km 40min treadmill yesterday and 2.5km 41 min today...
150.8 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 18.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
