I decided to start tracking my weight at the Y instead of at home. This weight reflects the Y, not my usual scale(at home). I'm going to try this for a while. It made me look like I gained weight due to the scale differences, but this might help me not obsess about my weight and allow me to focus on getting fit.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
