Not too bad...considering I spent 8 days at MonteCasino for the SA Tattoo...lol anyway...back to the gym this morning...burn baby burn :)
170.0 lb Lost so far: 59.7 lb.    Still to go: 4.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
