I keep thinking I can do this without writing things down and closely following WW but the truth is I can't. I have to really pay attention to what I am eating. I am just fine with the working out but my eating derails my running. It's just not as easy as it was in the past. I will be 40 in October and so I need to have a clear goal in mind and actually do things to work toward it.
