Ok so my plan to not gain anymore weight since my last weigh in has failed. I guess I can no longer eat what I want when I want it (which for me is very hard). Making the conscious decision to check everything before stuffing it into my face is incredibly difficult. Since I'm working New Years Eve we are starting my diet plan early. No eating after 7pm, keeping my calories around 1300 a day, going to the gym at least twice a week, and doing the P90X abs twice a week as well. Smaller me here I come, its going to be shorts and tank tops this summer and I'm going to wear the ones in my closet I'm not going to just by the next size up!!! I'm going to be the hottest Mom with two little kids around!!
