Happy to b half way to my goal weight :) in a matter of 3 months. The weight loss seems so slow when I am in the process, and so quick when I look back. I have not been at 125 or lower in 5+ years. Nice to be on my way and on a diet that I can stick to - the 5:2 fasting diet. It's working well.
