Holding steady, so the Halloween candy did not stick. Ran 40 minutes today, finished the couch to 5K a few weeks ago, and now I'm training for a 10K. Since I restarted this journey in August, I've lost 24lbs. and 3 inches off my waist, yay! Today I'm going to review the Election Judge Manual one last time before I'm off to work at the poles tomorrow morning.

164.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
