It wasn't a bad day really, but I did have some extra calories and a bowl of pasta for lunch and another for dinner. My diet calendar is way off for yesterday, but I did fit in my 30 min of exercise.
182.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 3.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.4 lb a week

I think getting that exercise is super important, it proves to yourself that you are committed still. Keep it up!
