Swam in daylight again yesterday. That makes me so much more happy than swimming in the dark when it's chilly. The heat wave is behind us and now we're into brisk weather. I turned down the current two notches yesterday, I wanted to enjoy my swim rather than fight the current. I can do it, I've already proven it to myself, and now, I want to just work my way back. I need to enjoy what I'm doing and that is key.

Spaghetti belly this morning, but it was a great treat and I'll be moving more today than during the work week. We did pickup from a place that's been there for more than 75 years where I went with my grandparents when I was a little kid. There was a line and I'm glad they seem to be doing as well as possible during these times. The city has closed most of the streets down there and they had a street festival with outdoor dining. I love it. We'd already made plans to eat our meals at home so I only got to watch from the car while BF grabbed the food order.

Walking the dogs to coffee with a friend shortly. It's a gorgeous day. 👻👻👻👻Happy Halloween!!!! 👻👻👻👻

Edit for brunch. Skipped breakfast, had an almond croissant - I didn't choose it, but it's fine. Walked there and back, picked the closest I can find in the FS logs, probably close since it has 410 calories and 22 g of fat. I don't eat that much grease in my food normally and feeling a bit queasy from it two hours later. Took two Tums to settle stomach and I'm gonna go take a swim. It's a gorgeous day.
