I quit weight watchers a while back and ended up gaining a ridiculous amount of weight, getting up to 265 at my absolute heaviest ever. Ive been on and off the keto diet recently but after having been on it strictly for about 3 months I managed to get down to 230. That's over 30 pounds in 3 months. Without exercise. I was shocked. Lately Ive been doing poorly but i plan to get back on it soon with exercise.
