I should just stay away from the scale when my ankles are the size of soft balls. Seriously depressing.
348.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 198.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

This is temporary, stick with your plan and you'll soon see that drop. My weight fluctuates for no known reason too, but the trend is ever downward. You can do this, good luck with your journey! 🌈
