Didn't weigh and measure food intake yesterday. Put cream in coffee. Had ahi tuna with walnuts, celery and avicado oil mayo. Found my stomach hurting pretty much all day after eating.10.8# from my lowest weight this year in February.
230.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 82.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
