10/30 一個月一次的紀錄時間到了

體重輕了,身體肥了。
今天 inbody結果,
體重比去年輕了,
體脂比去年高了一點點😅😅😅
看來肌肉消失不少⋯⋯😅😅😅
189.2 lb Lost so far: 56.2 lb.    Still to go: 12.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
