Was glad to see some change on the scale this morning. I feel like I am fighting for every pound. I also feel I am changing the way I eat, nor dieting. :) Went to a birthday party and though my calorie intake was more than I want for a normal day, I stayed away from the chips, had a little cake and didn't really over do it, as I would have in the past. My eating is more mindful.
227.3 lb Lost so far: 2.7 lb.    Still to go: 28.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
