Not horrible. I ate ribs last night and still didn't gain any weight. Just further proof that I've been shoving too many calories in the inbox. Need to really cut that back.
256.5 lb Lost so far: 32.5 lb.    Still to go: 57.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
