This is cool! Yesterday I was not really trying to loose weight, I was just doing what I normally do. That is the cool part, now I think my normal routine is the best thing to loose weight and be healthy. I feel better now than I have in years. I weigh almost the same now as I did in high school but I am thinner than I was at that time. I feel awesome!
229.0 lb Lost so far: 66.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
