This is odd. I feel as if the last week and a half I have been terrible on this diet. I am consuming more calories, much of which is not from the healthiest of things (ie., ruben with cheese and sauce). Yet, my weight is down. I don't really get it. I am happy it is down. But it seems when I work the hardest on my diet, I don't lose (and even gain) but when I am somewhat lazy, I lose.
235.8 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 100.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
