Yesterday was a bad day. I ate almost 1800 calories which wouldn't have been so bad but it was all crap food. I am back in business today and back to taking my oil. I should shed the last 4.4 lbs in the next week and a half to make my goal of 10 lbs by the New Year and put me into the 170s.
