have been having too many meals out:(( Am walking 5 miles 3 times a week, but eating more calories than burning unfortunately:(( Hope to get back on track during the month of September.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.5 lb a week
