How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I have been weighing myself every a.m. but have had some travel last 4 days for funeral services and getting reacquainted with an old friend...So, ate and drank wine and when getting home this a.m. I weighed in and had gained 5 have to get back on schedule and exercise...feel as if I am going ahead two steps and then slide back 4Sad(

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
first thing when I get up in a.m. get on Witings scale which goes to my Iphone and then I check my blood pressure...before having oatmeal for breakfast.

Any dog loving buddies?
I have an 8 year old Schnauzer (Jillybean). I started on a pulminary rehab in May which requires me to exercise and lose some weight (like 30 pounds) Every morning now she follows be around the house until I get dressed to take her for a morning walk of 30 minutes. Need to step it up to another 30 minutes later in the day.
