Grrr... TOM stinks! I have been sticking to plan 100% but there has been very little to no movement on the scale in the past few days. Of course, a few days doesn't mean much, but I was seriously tempted to tame the PMS monster with a little chocolate at work last night--especially when most of the customers were buying those mini Reese's PB hearts. Oooh, they're so good! But I refrained, and I'm proud of myself this morning that I managed to keep on track. I'll just be happy when the scale moves a bit more.
245.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

hang in there...and if you really need choc and peanut butter...i did this...melted carrob and poored a little into the bottom of a foil mini cupcake holder, let it harden back up...put a blob of peanut butter (make your own with unsalted peanuts and a little evoo,and sugar if you need it - in the middle - pour more carrob around the pb...let them cool and you have heatlthy reece's...hope this helps...

Each time you refuse a bad carb you strengthen neurons in your brain that make it easier to do so the next time around (i.e. your will power becomes stronger). Keep up the good work Simille!
