All done well, but I have my crazy days where food is my comfort. Learnt a hard way; seeing that I have gained 0.2kg and that is unacceptable. I know now, there is now I am going over 80 again my goal is ensure that and to get my ideal weight. We can do it... With Summer right here soon, that is exactly what I will fight for.
176.4 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 33.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
