Trying this along with keeping to WW daily allowance and feel stuffed today with 4 daily points unused and weekly points untouched since dumping high carbs four days ago. I keep banging on about this simply because it makes sense to me after all the years I have struggled and am only currently using my WW online subscription as an easy recording and tally method. I have never enjoyed myself so much and felt so good and it has opened my eyes to what I eat, the quality as much as the quantity.
